Help: 7 gauge to a 3 gauge instrument panel

I changed my instrument panel from the 7 gauge to the 3 gauge, just the speedo, fuel and blinkers, but the wire harness isn't interchangeable. What can I do to get my gauges working? Do I have to buy another wire harness? Please help.

Visit GMC Paul's site. He's got pinout information so you can convert the current wiring harness rather easily.
