Just used it myself. ABSOLUTLY everything you need. The price is a steal and you will get it in a couple days. The seals and gaskets are there for Chevy, Ford and Dodge cases. You will just use the GM ones.

I priced NP205 master rebuild kits locally with several auto parts chains (NAPA, BTB, etc.). The auto parts stores wanted right around $150, one day delay. Then I checked my local bearing sales store. They had one in stock for $125. Maybe your local bearing sales is worth a comparison price check.
Another good company to check with is Novak-adapt.com.
