Thanks, you are right on all you said. The Burb did not come with the Buckeds/Console that was added. The tach is from a Camaro. I won them all on e-bay at different times a few years back. This was my Dad's at one time. He bought it new but was a green I did not like and white. The am/fm I also got off of e-bay. As you can expect, none were cheap.

Thanks, yours sure looks nice from what I can see. In fact, all the ones I have seen so far have been good looken Suburbans. I have the only one I have seen around here. You just do not see these for some reason. (around my part of the country anyway) Did most of them go to the salvage yards? Getting chills up and down my spine just thinking of that.

Thanks, I am working on getting some Rallies with six lug. I think this would make the Burb stand out a little more than the OE. I really love Rallies on these trucks.

Yeah, some rallies would look nice on there. There aren't too many burbs around here either. I think Smokekiki & I have the market cornered. I have found a couple sitting in peoples yards, "resting" but that's about it.

I know the feeling about the green you don't like. My 71 Burb is Medium Olive, I'm gonna leave it that color but I don't like it. Wish it was Hugger Orange

When the Burb was new and my Dad had it is was a little darker than yours.(I think) That is if the Burb you are talking about is the one in the picture by your name. I do not know what color it was called but might be a little darker-not much. Hugger Orange would be nice. I saw on the paint site where someone can change the color with the program they have. Why don't you post your picture on there and see if he will change your Burb to Hugger Orange. Then you will know what it will look like.
