Power Steering Return Hose

The hose is just regular 3/8" hose rated for oil. You can make the hard line. Just buy a one foot piece of 3/8" brake tubing put the bend in the one end and cut off the other end. Two hose clamps and your in business. No preasure on this line.

Just don't use fuel line some other people do, you can purchase 'power steering' return line, the pressure is rated a little higher. Return pressure is about 25-35 lbs.

My local Checkers had flexible transmission cooler lines that was identical to the material and shape of my return line. Wish I had a part number for ya, but hope this helps.
