2wd in a magazine?
Anybody see the cover of Classic Trucks this month? Nice yellow 2wd on the cover. Haven't even had time to open the mag yet, but it looks sweet from what I saw

Wow that is a neat truck, very tastefully done. I know I couldn’t do half the fab work that went into this project I commend the builder on that. I also like the fact that bedsides and doors have been leveled off, but the sharp transition past where the wing was kind of catches my eye. Does anyone have pics, or know how this mod could be done with a smoother transition? I saw where someone did it about a year ago and it looked real nice, but I can’t remember who or what post.
As a side note, isn’t there a builder in Oklahoma that is building a very nice custom non-removable hard top, and calling it blaze air too? Later Saulgoode |

That is a nice ride for sure. I think I am the one who sold them that blazer back in 93-94ish. I sold it a couple from about two hours from me, when I lived just outside of OKC. They were buying for her and I if I am remembering correctly their last name was Hunt as well. Then I see the article and what is the name of the blazer - my screen name. Small world, but I would bet dollars to donuts that that is the blazer I sold. I will try to find a pic of what it was like when I sold it....

Carter, did you build that truck? Is it the same one that you used to have in your avitar (the black one)?

No, I did not build it I just think I sold them the driver that they built it from.
I have owned 3 72 2wd blazers and a 78 2wd as well. I have a real softspot for blazers. I really think that that blazer is the one I had. I think I paid something like $4200 for it back in 93 and drove it around the block a few times, put the wheels on it and sold it to finance my first "BIG TIME" computer setup. Everyone said I was crazy for selling it to buy a computer, but look where the computers have gotten me to. Anyway here is a pic of the blazer that i think it is..... Carter Also as a side note... to show you how long I have been photoshopping cars.. I used this truck as one of my starting points when learning photoshop! So that makes it atleast 12 years now. All the way back to version 2.0 BEFORE LAYERS........... |

Hey Carter that's awesome! I hope it is the one you used to own. That's just cool for some reason. And Man, you have been using photoshop a long time.
