Making my '90 'burb power everything....

Need a little advice and opinions regarding my 'burb.

I have a 4x4 1990 suburban, but unfurtunately it doesn't have power windows nor power locks and the little lady doesn't want drive it since "the window crank is too hard to turn" Now, What would it be easier? put Power windows regulators and Power Doorlocks in my current doors? or just get different doors with original power accesories? How about the wiring? do I need a different harness or something? or are all the 'burbs already prewired to add accesories like these from the factory?

Thank you Guys. Paul.

I'm sure the little lady will enjoy power windows and locks that jam, blow fuses, and only work part-time much better

Nevermind that damn power tailgate that you have to pound with your fist six times (in the right places), do a dance, lean on the gate, while turning the key, and helping the glass slide up/down.

Grease your window tracks and tell the little lady how lucky she is to have you and that wonderful Suburban.

My ' burb has a tailgate! and that window switch only works going down, I have that tailgate cover out so I can use a screwdriver to make that window go up
Were all that suburbans plagued with the locks jamming and blowing fuses form the factory? Will I need a different harness to plug different doors in?

Tommy, what all do you have? I'm coming down next weekend.

Thanks for the replies guys, anyone else?

Oh boy, can't wait to get down there Tommy, I'll most likely have my S-10 full of parts on the way back, save those doors for me. Thanks Tommy.

Now if somebody could give a few pointers in all or whatever wiring I'll need of the donor vehicle to swap to mine.

I have a '89 burb w/ all power. locks are fine. windows are gummed up and they go down really slow... sometimes stopping completely and overheating the motor. be careful the new ones are ok...

My parts Sub has the full-power harness. But,the wires were cut to get the front doors off.I don`t know if this helps, but you can pull it for free.
