No more orange stepside

I thought you guys might like to see what color I'm painting my 77' stepside. It was Orange now its 05' Dodge bright silver. I will post pictures as I finish it.

I like the orange and have always wanted an orange truck, but that looks like its gonna turn out awesome. I saw an 81-87 fleetside that looked very close to that color yesterday. Keep posting the pics.

thank god i have alway disliked the chevy orange trucks but unfortinatly it is due to not being the era i grew up in orange belongs on an engine not the doors just my 02 good color choice i like silver it hides alot of road dust

I do not have a time frame of when I will finish. I work a fulltime job plus do side automotive jobs........ so I work on it when I can. I would like to have it done by next spring though for "Power Tour 2006"

No designs........just silver
No its not buffed out yet!!
Yes, I do all my own paint/body/frame/engine/interior myself.

and I will keep the pictures coming.

Looking real good. For some reason, I thought that you sold the orange stepside and was building another one.? I do have a question. Are you painting the truck in pieces and then reassemblying and shooting it again? Or ???

Anyway, should hold its' own on the Power Tour.

Power Tour Hah I Will Look For You I Started The Pour Tour Bug Last Year With A Friend (james Dean Racing) Had A Yellow Longbed Truck Like Ares With Flames On Front Nice Ride Never Even Got To Squert The Motor Before He Sold It I Dont even know the scedule this year i did have alot of fun though and got abunch of stickers, hats, and shirts
