Oh yeah, to answer your question Autozone's website lists the same part number for a 71 Monte Carlo and a 71 Chevy truck, so it looks like it will.

Interesting.
So if I found a 71/72 TRUCK booster in the yard (still possible), and used it for a core exchange for a NEW booster from Autozone, I'll be able to put power disc brakes on my 71 Chevelle in place of the power drums that are there.

I already used my 71 Monte booster on my 72 Chevelle.
