Rear Bags

Rear Bags are done with compressor, tank and solenoid mounted. I've still got clean everything up and will eventually shoot some semi-gloss black paint.

I usde ART (Air Ride Technolgies) Components. http://ridetech.com/ I've done a lot of fabrication, but this was my first Bagging project. It was pretty straight forward, so far, I haven't done the front yet.

Re: Rear Bags

x2 on the side pics, i would like too see how low it goes. are you going not notch the frame with a c notch or monster notch? and also, do those top cups keep the drop higher as if you didnt run any cups at all?

Here's a few pictures. I put in a bolt in notch and 2" blocks. The cups do prevent it from going lower, but it's hitting the bottom of my rear floor as it is.

Yeah, it's the red one. It's got a cpp bolt in notch and 2" blocks. Here's a couple of more pictures

I notched/bagged it before it was painted. The notch sits on top of the rear axle (it has 1/2" bump stop). The top of the differential just barely touches the floor.

You could probably get the rockers on the ground, but then you would have to cut the floor and do a different rear trailing arm crossmember.

Re: Rear Bags

What size bags did you end up using? I have been debating going with 8" bags in rear and 7" in front (Big Block 3/4). I want to tow with it also. What size tank are you using?
