Solid or two tone?
I have a '73 C20 and am going to swap the new motor from it into a '67-'70 longbed C-10 soon. I don't have the C-10 yet and am torn between a solid color without trim and a two tone with it.
This truck will be for work mostly and will likely have 15x8 rally wheels on it. I was wondering if any of you had pics of one style or the other to help me decide?

I looked at a few before I posted this over the last few weeks, but I still haven't made up my mind. I also asked because I know not everyone has links to their site/truck pics.

The first is my truck just to add a twist (solid orange w/ trim). The 2nd is a truck pic I saved (not mine) that I thought looked sweet for a 2 tone pic. but If I did not have decent trim on mine I would go no trim with the factory pinstrip!!

I like 2 tones. Here's mine, bad light kind of a crappy pic.
Fore some reason I like solids best on the 4x4's and lowered shortbeds.

If it is going to have upper and lower trim 2 tone is the only way to go, jmho

Thanks guys...I sure like that first orange truck in the third post. I think any truck I get will surely not have the trim intact or in good shape, I hadn't thought of that. Plus there seems to be a lot more two tones out there than solids. As good as those two tones look, I think I'd like a solid color better.

Mine is solid white with full Cheyenne trim. Looks good (well, except for all the rust). But, I have the same dilema. It was Orange/White originally. My opinion changes daily.
