What do you think....

I had a carrier bearing come apart on my rear differential on my 72 K10. I have taken it apart and damage appears minimal. Should I replace what is damaged and put it back together or while it is apart change it over to posi?? The truck is driven mainly on the road and is basically stock. I have never had any problems with it the way it is. The 4X4 always got me out of a jam. My theory is usually if it ain't broke dont fix it...but in this case it is already all apart. Do you think the posi would be worth the cost to change it over?? While we are at it anybody have a good used posi unit they want to sell?? Thanks....Paul K

if your in there and you got the money chkange it now so you dont halft to poen it up and take it apart again theats what ied do are you going for a limited slip or a fill locker like a spool? ied stay away from a mini spool or a full locker if its a daily driver, you'll change your rear tiers @ every oil chainge if its a daily driver thats my 2 cents

A) depends on your cash flow situation.

B) I have a 3:07 posi I would sell for $250 shipped.
