Just ordered painless wiring harness..

For those of you who have done this mod.... are there any tricks or tips that i need to know.. what is the best way to get rid of what is in there? anything i need to try and salvage? am i going to run into any unforseen probs with the kit? Also, about how long did it take ya'll to install it and get the truck running again? just curious.

My tip is to make your own template for the fuse block. The one in the book is too small.
