What the heck is this rim?
I've been trying to figure out what model of rim this is, and exactly who makes it so that can get some new ones. I was told that one of them says "cragar" on the inside of the middle. I have seen a few trucks with these, mainly toyota's and stuff like that. If anyone can help me with this at all it would be throughly appreciated. Or if you know of some that look kinda like this that would be awesome. Thanks, Tony

One of my friends has the 8 lug version of that on his 98 Chevy 3500 4x4. I think you can get those from Summit Racing.

They look like American Racing type 26 wheels to me. No longer available, good luck finding a replacement.

I think 1972 is right. My dad got me the ones on my truck over 10 years ago.

There are a series of manufacturers that make wheels similar to that. Just look around online, or pick up a catalog or two. I've got a set of Boyd's on my Silverado which are a bit similar, but possibly different enough for you to not like them.
Big Pic. Eh .. ignore the mud. And ignore the "Eagle" center caps; the stock Boyds were all beat up. Last edited by Werewolf; 07-25-2005 at 04:38 AM. |

yeah, I just did a search on the type 26 and it's what I'm wanting.. and you're right, seems to be pretty much extinct. Does anyone know of a comparable rim? I've got two sets, 4 14x8's, and 4 15x7's.. if it was the other way around I wouldn't have a problem, but such is life. If I could just get some 15x10's........

Around here we call`em "Saw-Blades".I think they still show them in the Tyres International and National Tire Wholesalers adds in 4wd mags.
