Can some one tell me the difference between rear brakes for a 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive? I want to put rear disc on my K10 but all the kits I found say 2 wheel drive, but everything looks the same.

Most likely it is because of wheel bolt pattern. If not, I would think the kit would work. Here is a link to BobbyK's post on his Blazer disc conversion.
