Biggest tires?
What is the biggest tires you guys are running on your trucks (non 4x4). I was thinking of a prerunner look, with big tires and maybe 2 -4 in lift (if I can find lift spindles). What do you think?

My guess would be 33's! But those might rub. So I wouldn't go with anything bigger then a 32, thats if your going to leave it stock! Don't forget gears if your going to stuff some big meats into those wheel wells then tour going to want some taller gears unless there allready tall!

When you say "taller", I'm assuming you mean lower/higher numerically.

I am running 33's on my 2WD.. it looks nice, fills the wheel wells nicely but doesn't rub or look too big..

33's on 15's? I was thinking about some 16 or 17s. How does this look? Can you post or send a pic?
Thanks. |

2 inch lift is the best you can do without front a-arms. The shocks are at the limit with 2 inch lift also. Rancho makes a longer shock. With that lift 32's look good, 33 look almost to big. A 32-15 is going to be the same diameter as a 32-16

thanks slam.
I wasn't thinking that the diameter would change, I just thought that 16 would look better with the bigger tire and leave less rubber (handle a little better). Do you know of anywhere that sells a 2in lift spindle for our year truck? |
