Newbie, Pictures of last engine install

Hey eveyone, Ive been around for awhile, just sifting through all these topics. Im aproud owner of a 1972 C-10, Cheyenne Willy, as its called. I picked her up on EBay about 4 years ago. Guy was shady, said it had a bad starter, but turned out as a went to change it, I found a couple rods sticking outta the pan... Motor was on the ground 3 hours later! Went and picked up a free 500 Cad from a friend...was driving it 3 months later.. HA... Well that motor lasted well for 3 years, when the timing chain finally let go. SO had a new 509 built and threw her in. These are the pics of that install. During these years ive rewired the truck, all new gauges (will get some pictures for the other tread), and just recently did the whole front suspension and rear drop kit. I went 2 and 4inches...turned out PERFECT with the stance I wanted. I'll get out today and get some more pictures.

Here is my Yahoo page, Interent connection is too slow here to upload to the board, so just putting a link.

Thanks to everyone for sharing tips and tricks here...Great Board!!

Jason

Haha

I saw that damn bird fly right over....less that 12 hours since the first road test on the new motor...and it just let loose.... I couldnt believe that much crap could come out of 1 bird... Just swooped in and let it fly. Oh well.
