Are you trying to install an old style 2 piece crank seal flex plate on a new style 1 piece crank seal enigne? Since 1986 when GM started using a 1 piece crank seal the flex plate changed. GM part numbers for the 350HO are 14088765 12 3/4" 153 tooth / 12554824 14" 168 tooth / 14088761 14" 168 tooth. Sorry do not have numbers for ZZ4. GM dealer should be able to help.

Should be a Pioneer FRA-160, available at any AutoZone or Oreilley for about 40 bucks. My local AutoZone shows to have them in stock without ordering.
Just because I said AutoZone, don't worry, Pioneer is a good manufacturer.
