Parting out a zamboni
I just purchased a zamboni for the belt driven hydraulic system for my mud truck's hydro steering. I am going to part out the rest of her. They are Dana 44 underneath with something like 5.13 or 7.17 gears and only 4' wide. I have a guy who wants to buy them but money talks and bs walks. If there is anything you want let me know.

No sir... I just put that truck together maybe a month ago. It had been sitting in storage with no axles or tires or front clip. Just bought a home and put the axles and wheels on her to get her to the new house. It still needs a lot of lot of lot of work before she goes back together. Motor, driveshafts, brakes, wheels, cage, half doors....... It will be awhile, but she will be beast when she is together! The last time she was rolling was with a 10 bolt front 14ff rear and 38.5 boggers and 8 inches of lift. Now she is 20 inches of lift, 2 1/2 rockwells, michelin 49s.

What a prospect! Take the zamboni axles and make a mini, 4x4 tube buggy for the kids.

The guy that want to buy the axles owns a four wheel drive shop and park and want to build a mini jeep for his young daughter. I thought about building a mini buggy but I already have to many projects and the buggy would never get down

I just bought a house inside of the st. louis city limits. About 100 yards inside of it. I live in the neighborhood behind the goodwill on the corner of carondelet and morganford. Along river Des Peres. Its still south county/ south city. About 1/2 mile from carondelet and hwy 55. 1 mile from lemay ferry, well atleast the very end...

Its just thrown together for moving day. I just bought my first home so I won't be playing with her for a while, but here is the low down. 85 chevy 1/2 swb with a 76 vin and a 91 burb front clip. Blew up the built 350, have a rebuilt kit and good lti vet heads but am waiting on a good block. Motor right now is a late 80's 305 with a hell of a lot of miles on it, but stock small blocks are hard to kill. Sm465 granny low to a fully clocked np208. 2 1/2 rockwells, 49 inch michelins, stock duece wheels, chucks truck pinion brake, homemade front bumper, warn 9500i, 4 kcs up front, 2 out back, homemade rear bumper. 12 inch springs up front with homemade spring mounts and shackles. 8 inch springs out back with a 97 dodge ram 12" lift front hanger as my rear hanger for shackle flip. Rear susp needs reworked. Full belt driven hydro steering stolen from a zamboni. Some things are down, some are soon to come. Have all the parts, just not the time. Flat belly, full cage, half doors, radiator in bed, hacked fenders, welded spider gears, rock sliders, soooo many things. I could go on for days. But gets this, why I build things instead of buying. I bought the truck with 8 inch lift and 10 bolt front and 14ff rear on 38.5 boggers. Snapped the short and stub shaft on the 10 bolt. Decided to go bigger and badder. Between making my own parts, selling old parts, and buying new parts I spent $50 going to 20" lift, 2 1/2 rockwells, pinion brake, hydro steering, clocked t-case so on so forth. For your non believers of my 305, I have wheeled with guys with 4 bangers on 49's and 52's because of the gears reduction. I have a final gear reduction of 114.88176:1..........6.55(granny low) x 2.61 (4-Lo) x 6.72 (rockwells gear) = 114.88176:1. Think I need more than a 305?

Sorry, the guy I bought it from wants the wheels back, which really sucks cause the are the perfect lug pattern for my trailer, but I think the studded tires would get ate up quickly! Anyways I they are ford, early jeep 5 lug

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a zambonie? That mini buggy idea sounds cool!
