Need New Gas Tank

Ok yesterday I pulled out the seat carpeting and everything else, to check out the cab floors, and to see why the gas guage was not working... well there is a little amount of surface rust on both passenger and driver side floors, and the seam is gone on the driver side... I can fix that no problem, but the gas tank, I wanted to get a new one plus sending unit, so I called the local parts store.... 375$$$ not including shipping . I think that 375 $ is just a tad bit completly insane... So I i was wondering does anybody here have one for possibly a little bit less than 375$$????

tank

Get a rear gas tank relocation kit from GMC Pauls. I got mine for $229.95 plus shipping. It was a 21 gallon tank, which is more than the in-cab tank.

These are great guys to do business with.

Where are you located? Lots of members have in-cab tanks after installing under bed tank like I did myself. I'm in south central Kansas near Wichita. Have a nice in-cab tank with working sending unit.
