i was thinking of using this kit on my '76 burb. what are the advantages of the tubular upper and lower a-arms compared to the stock ones? is it worth the extra money to get new ones or just rebuild the originals? thanks in advance

N2TRUX - I have plans to write some more when I find time. Did you ever send me more pics of your truck? (robhartley@aol.com) What about a price? Also, do you have pictures of how you connected/routed your front air bags? I would like to get some thru frame fittings, do you know a good source?
Bad_burb - I believe they will allow you to go lower and still be able to align the front end correctly (http://ridetech.com/productinfo/controlarms_trucks.asp). If you want to run a sway bar, you will have to upgrade to one the uses end links. Phantom_Dually - Fit was really good, however I suggest you check your parts boxes really well, as my shipment was missing some "small" parts, uhhh, like the lower a-arms!!!!! Other than that everything fit well. Rob

There are holes in the plate. You must drill the truck.

Re: Just completed front suspension rebuild / airbag install
Looks good! I don't know how low you are planning on going so this may be a non-issue for you, but you got the old style ART arms with the shock mount positioned below the arm. The new ones have the shock mount above the arm. Just wanted to let you know in case this might become an issue for you in the future.
