Independant Rear Suspension and Air Bags ?
Has any done this or do you know if it is possible (within reason) to install an IRS...IE Corvette or something similar in a 67-72, and also run aig bags ?

Hey ccsrc,
I have not done it, but it is possible. I spoke with Ride Tech and they said unless you wanna screw around fabbing up brackets a set of shock waves are the way to go with IRS. You will just have chamber problems when you dump it just like you would in the front. Keith |

Yes it is possible. http://www.progressiveautomotive.com/ specializes in VETTE suspension. Shockwaves are the best option.

Thanks for the replys. I think it would be pretty cool, but it looks like the shockwaves have a limited amount of travel. Anyone using them ?

Bob was running Shockwaves (Progressive Automotives Owner) on his Vette suspended 454SS: http://www.progressiveautomotive.com/88CTK.htm Not sure, be he offers them as an option on his kits.
