Catalog I have, Classics I think, has tailgate covers, several different styles with louvers, not sure if that's what you're looking for.

I like when there is a scene(mural)painted in the letters. It also looks good to color shade or fade-out the letters. It was real popular on the California Shortbeds in the`70s.

I'm gonna go with an aftermarket, plain tailgate....no CHEVROLET on it. Then, I'm gonna install a flip kit to place the handle on the inside of the gate, then finish off the outside so there's no hole. Following that, I'm gonna use two pieces of the lower tailgate trim, in line with the top and bottom of the tail light trim. Anything else that I do will be limited to some sort of logo, and it will be subdued, whether it's painted, a decal or an emblem.
