Have had extensive conversation with this individual. One he does not favor PMs .TWO Does not check the pm, mail. Three Finds difficulty in agreeing that he has a problem not confering with inquests Emails on and on . Seems to be on a power TRIP of some sort or another. JUST Talked to the Dummy. Larry -- If this fella is scamming you, and you paid him with a postal money order, you can press charges for mail fraud, which I do believe is considered a felony in the states. Also, I have read numerous times that if he does not cough up a refund, or the wheels, or in some other way fix the situation, that the post office will stop delivering his mail, until such a time as the situation is resolved.

Look into legal options. Often, the threat of such action is enough to dislodge someone on a power trip from their high horse, and spur them into resolving the issue.

Larry, what you need to do (If it comes to it) is to file a complaint with the Police Dept. in the City that this dude lives in...They will be the ones to get your money OR the wheels for you. As long as you have the receipt for the Money Order you are in good shape. The Post Office can run a check to see if the MO was cashed, and by whom, then thats the information you give to the PD in his City.

I used to build and sell Paintball Guns and had a fellow builder have problems with a dude in this similar situation. He obtained proof that the dude cashed the Cashiers Check, then filed a complaint with the local PD. Come to find out that this guy had scammed about 25 other people within a 2 month timeframe. The confiscated some 20 high end Paintball Guns worth nearly $25,000 that he had ripped off. Bummer we never did find out what punishment he got, little punk.

Some more information before you jump to conclusions
As of right now, there is registered mail which I have not gotten yet.
A notification was delivered on Saturday. I never got that notification, be it it blew off my door, got thrown out by accident with junk mail, or delivered to the wrong address.
With the tracking number provided yesterday, there is registered mail at the post office. As work is keeping me very busy, I may not make it to the post office before it closes.
I appoligize if this transaction isn't going that smoothly
