My '69 is getting closer

My old truck is almost road worthy! I need a rear bumper (or roll pan) & a set of tail lites to finish making it legal, then a fresh coat of primer & it will be done. Well not really, they are never done. My poor '84 is just sitting there waiting its turn...corn

Re: My '69 is getting closer

Thanks for the comments. The antenna ball is an old faded yellow smilie face that I swiped off of the truck that I raided for parts. I wish I could find a new one thats not so faded. I still have to get the good windshield & solid rear window from the parts truck yet...corn

Lookin good. What drop and tire size are you running? Are those the 6 lug 4x4 ralleys just with out the center caps? Keep us up dated.

Re: My '69 is getting closer

Thanks Brad. They are 6 bolt 4X4 rallies, I traded the slots that were on it for them. The tires are a cheap used set I got, they are 225/70's. For the drop, I put a flip kit on the rear & a set of ground force 3" springs in the front. I would be a lot happier if the front had a 4" drop though. It wont be a show stopper by any means, but at least I can say I did all the work myself...corn
