gauge cluster 3 hole vs. 7 hole
ok my new stupid question is me and my brother both have identical 72 gmc sierras both with factory v-8 automatics, and my question is my truch has a 3 hole cluster and his has a 7 hole, what exactly were the reasions behind why 1 truck got idiot lights and 1 got qauges.

ok i see his says gauges and mine dont, so i know it was ordered that way, but was gauges standard or ordered?

Guages was optional. The only truck that had the guages stock was the Cheyenne super.
I had a 70 CST with the dummy lights and that made a lot of ppl question the originality. |
