Please post pics of 67-72 mirrors
The mirrors on my 68 aren't originals and they look stupid, so I'm looking for new/different ones. If you could post pics of what you have for mirrors on your 67-72 truck, I'd appreciate it. I'n thinking some mini trucker mirrors, but would like to look at others first. Thanks for the pics.

Re: Please post pics of 67-72 mirrors
I have white jr west coast mirrors on my truck, they're hard to see in the pic but they're there! You can bearly see the factory marker lights on the roof I just installed too. I also got some pics of trucks with the full size truck mirrors.

I like tose JR west coasts. They look pretty sweet on your truck. I thought they looked a little queer by looking at the pic JC whitney has. Thanks Robert.
Anyone else want to help me out? |

Re: Please post pics of 67-72 mirrors
If your going to plow any snow at all with that truck, I wouldn't use anything other than the west coast jr's.........IMO, those little round and rectangular mirrors are about useless to see much if anything behind you, and I have a set of the tripod mounts on one of mine which aren't much better.
With the Jr's you can see alot behind you, really helps plowing snow with a pickup because spending 8 hrs turning around will cause you 12 hours of back pain later on

Re: Please post pics of 67-72 mirrors
I think I'll go with JRs. Im not going to plow any with the truck, took the plow gear off. I just like to see what going on behind me, and I plan to tow trailers some while going on 4-wheeling expiditions.

yeah that truck is awesome. i dont know where i got that pic, but it's very cool. i might have found that pic on longhornman's website. that's a 69-72 GMC 3500 dually with the 157" wheelbase. those are the full size west coast mirrors on it, and they look good on flatbeds but if you put them on a pickup it would be overkill. i bought a set of those from the junkyard and put 'em on my truck and it just didn't look right.
