Air bag suspension
I was told that there is a company that makes 67-72 chevy front and rear air bag brackets and plates. That with a little frame drilling they can be bolted up. I am thinking it was called suicide door or something. Any of you know this company or know of any company that sells mounting bag plates made for the 67-72 trucks. Also have you used them. THANKS !!

Re: Air bag suspension
you would be right about the name and here is the link to their web page
http://www.*****************/ I have just recently used there front mounting plates but I didn't get the rear becuase I am mounting the bags in the stock coil spring location. and all you have to do to mount them is drill 4 holes per side in your crossmember.

Re: Air bag suspension
Some things ..Mr Shelly should add to the air bag thread
REAR: What size are the bolts? 2 Long lower bolts 4 top mounting bolts Air line hole size and drill bit size Air bag mounting hole size and drill bit size FRONT: Size of bolts Hole size and drill bit size for the top mounting plate. 8 bolts nuts and washers for top plate 4 bolts and washer for top bag mount 4 bolts and washer for bottom bag mount Also the guys at Suicide Doors recomend that you use the round plates on the back. Weld them to the frame and trailing arms. This way the bag sits entirely on steel. If you just use the frame and trailing arm part of the bag is overhanging.
