Pic Request

Can somone show me where the bottom of the kick pannel and floor meet is suposed to look like? Mine has a gap and I really dont think that it is susposed to be there.

I hope this is what you are looking for. First picture is my driverside kick panel before the patch, second is after patching it. The third and forth are same thing for passenger side.

No..I didn't own a welder then. Some one that works with my wife did it for me. He just used some flat sheet stock that he cut to fit.

No pictures of them,the areas are not painted per say. They have been spayed/painted/ with eastwood rust encaspulator. I am still working on the cab, so it is not ready for paint yeat.

Go by Westbrook Metals off N. Lamar near Airport Blvd. and have them cut you a piece of 16 or 18 gauge steel big enough to cover the hole. If they won't cut a piece that small go by Lowes or Home Depot and buy a cut piece there. I know they have it. Make a pattern out of cardboard then whittle out the shape you need with a jig saw or cut off wheel and weld in.

what about the hole for the vent and then the like bend inward? or is that another part I would have to fix? Hmmm I will try to get the truck running and then Ill bring it by and show you. Maybe that is all if I can get it working

That could also be fabbed but a patch panel or one cut out of a donor truck would be easier.
