Update on my Suburban
Well it is almost ready to drive. I have smoothed out the firewall, installed the motor/tranny. I am going to finish up the wheel wells in the next 2 weeks.

Re: Update on my Suburban
So very nice! What did you use for the side molding below the windows? I don't think I've seen it on those.

Re: Update on my Suburban
The side molding is stock.
Llegos, the front end is a Stock peice with Bill Turner Control arms. I have built a few of these crossmembers up with tubular control arms. We might make a bolt on mustang II one, and sell them @ car shows, special order type. I use to live in San Ramon, but now I live in Brentwood. I work in dublin. |

Re: Update on my Suburban
No 4 link in the back...I wish I did though. I got the factory 2 link with a custom made wishbone. The next truck will have some sort of 4link-canti setup.

Re: Update on my Suburban
What rack and pinion set up did you use?
First things first, That is one sweet ride! I have a 69 Suburban that I am starting to work on and I really would like R&P. I believe it would use the same width setup. Thanks John D |

I like the fact that you have inner fenders.

Re: Update on my Suburban
Very nice work!
I love those tubs! That is exactly what I plan to do! Only difference is that I am going to weld in filler plates for the recessed areas in the fenders them selves. Very nice work though! Keith |
