Can we lose this...
The Parts Board Popup...by now I'm sure everybody who needs to see this has seen it more than once...I know I have.

Maybe it just keeps popping up because you have not agreed to the terms? Maybe you have agreed to the terms, but it sets a cookie when you agree, and you are deleting your cookies daily? Just some thoughts, since i have not seen a popup message but once after the last board upgrade.

if he means teh rules agreement you should only get it once unless you are signed in as a guest make sure you accept it .......... if your still having problems try PMn an admin as the members of the site have no control over it
