I walk into a business place See things that I rather not see But dare I not say CHRISTMAS And ask for a "holiday" tree. What happened to freedom of speech And living in the land of the free How can they take my CHRISTMAS money But can't say MERRY CHRISTMAS to me. Men and women have given their lives So we could still go free I wonder how they would feel At saying "HOLIDAY" TREE. Come on AMERICA let's wake up Don't let our freedom escape If they get by with doing this What else will they take. This is starting to get out of hand, And I've begun to keep track Well I've just about had enough I'M TAKING CHRISTMAS BACK. So MERRY CHRISTMAS AMERICA I hope this gets all over the net If we all stand united and take freedom back 'Twill be our best CHRISTMAS YET! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY

Christians observe Christmas as a spiritual holiday...not just the birth of Jesus Christ, but a renewal of the promise given to them by God. They don't command that you or anyone else who doesn't believe force themselves to partake of any Christian or commercial traditions that abound at this time of year.
They don't care if someone says "Merry Christmas", "Happy Holidays" or Season's Greetings". They take those words in the spirit they were meant. And say them in the same spirit. No one has to accept them. Mr. Jerry Fallwell does not speak for Christians. This once a year celebration should encourage Christians to remember why Christ came. Likewise, Easter is a celebration of the promise fulfilled and should encourage Christians to remember that they should be trying to live Christ-like lives and follow Christ's teachings. The teachings of "Peace on Earth, Good Will Towards All" and "Love Thy neighbor as Thyself". To remember that Christ's love was all inclusive and accepting and to let God be the Judge. A true Christian does not have to "Take Back Christmas" they never never lost it.

Yes after all Christ is the reason for the season. What are these atheists celebrating if they are not celebrating The birth of our Lord. Atheists spend there whole life fighting something they don't believe exists then die and get all dressed up and have no place to go, well they do but they don't believe it exists either. I just wanted to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all and may Santa bring you what you wished for. May God bless all of you on a safe and happy new year.
