Please post picks of front/rear rollpans
I would like to see some picks of both the front and rear or any roll pans, prefferably on stepsides. Be it custom made or purchased through any vendor. Would also like to know how much of an ordeal you went through to install them. Thanks Bowtie

Putter's the man to see for rear rollpan. He made one that matches the back of the stepside fender. Really looks good. I'll see if I can find a link.

Re: Please post picks of front/rear rollpans
Here is my roll pan. Hand made by your's truely. This is not the finished product. I can't find any pics of that (Krue took some while following me one day). Keep in mind that I when these were taken, I had not done ANY body work to the bed to make it pretty yet.
Anyway, since these photos, I have cut in 15" LED taillights (one on each side) that mount from the inside so they sit flush with the surface. The first one is with no pan, just so you can see the difference....

Re: Please post picks of front/rear rollpans
Oh, sorry...I didn't answer the question part of the post...
The frame ends were going to touch the rollpan, so I had to trim them at an angle to make the pan fit. I only removed about two inches at the bottom of the frame rail and cut at an angle to zero inches at the top. Basically cut off a small triangle. Mounting it was simply drilling three holes on each side in the fender's lip and bolting her up. Could have been done with two bolts on each side, but I wanted it to stay put. You could also weld it on, but there was always the possibility of wanting to remove the fender later, so I bolted mine on. ***THE BOLT YOU SEE HANGING DOWN IN THE THIRD PHOTO IS FROM THE TANK STRAP...NOT THE ROLLPAN.***

Re: Please post picks of front/rear rollpans
I actually saw your truck in another post and that is why I had posted to see some other picks as well, yours does look like a very clean simple setup. I agree about bolting it on as well, you never know if you'll ever have to take it off to do other things later.

Re: Please post picks of front/rear rollpans
I contacted Sir Michaels and offered to send them one if they would produce them for me. They never got back to me, so....at least I have something different.
