So now i have this big boxy thing on my firewall and just he heater blower motor in it. I was wandering if a non ac heater blower motor box would replace it perfictly? The non a/c heater box is smaller and has different shaped openings on the firewall, it won't be a remove and replace kind of swap. Other folks have done it by fabbing filler panels to make up the difference.

Re: Heat question?

Check out www.americangraffiti.biz they have A/C delete kits that allow you to use your stock heater and close off the firewall. They're definitely not cheap, but they are an option.
