Re: 71 or 72 longhorn in a movie
I was thumbing through my Car Craft or Hotrod mag and saw a 67 or 68 truck in their old drad photo at the back of the mag. They print a drag photo from the good ol days and on that dat the chase vehicle was a minty fresh 67-8 looking brand new!!

Re: 71 or 72 longhorn in a movie
I just caught a snipit of smokey, but not all and I missed the Blazer. I'll have to go back and check it out. I love towatch the old lost at the drive in (I think thats close to what they're called) on SPEED cause most are from the late 60'-early 70's and are full of cool vehicles. I watched the one with John Wayne as a detective (D@mn memory, I can't remember the name!!) who drives that wicked Dark green Firebird, lots of cool iron in it!!

Re: 71 or 72 longhorn in a movie
Yeah, that movie reminded me of growing up in Nederland, TX. I just saw it the other day and my wife (being the woman she is ) noticed the jerk who liked to paddle everyone and that ended up with the white paint on his head, was Ben Afleck (Benifer!) I liked the Chevelle as well! Great car movie!
