SWB Step $500 (Portland, Oregon)
I found this listing on Craigslist, it is for what sounds like a 72 SWB stepside complete he is asking $500.00 Not mine just posting the link for others benefit.

It's not just the frame- it's the front and rear ends too with disk brakes so not a bad price.
