What's the lowest I can go without a C-notch?

Hi all, I need to know just how low one of these trucks will go without needing a c-notch a keeping the truck level.
Front springs, spindles, rear springs and would I need to concern myself about shock travel.

You can go up to a 5" drop in the rear without much trouble....you may hit the bump stops on potholes and such....but not usually. You will need an adjustable panhard rod for anything more than 3-4 inches in the rear though.

Hope this helps.......

If you want the truck level, you might go with a 2 1/2" spindle up front. there wont be any problems with shock lenght up front (with a spindle),& at the rear you can get a relocator bracket set to stand the shock back up . good luck.....Al

You may also want to cut a little bit of the coils off the front springs to set the front down with the rear. I would just put in the spindles, then if the front isn't low enough pull the springs out and cut a little less than 1/4 of a coil out of the springs.

Have ECE 6 inch rear drop with air products air bags in springs. You need to cut the rear bump stop 1 inch shorter. Someday I migh put the C notch in. But...........now days it looks like you can bag the rear for about a 100 more than the ECE 6 inch spring drop kit. Might be a better way to go.
