Im looking at new grills, what is the difference in looks between the two? im not good at math.. which ones of these is better. for looks

I think I like the 8ml better. The bars are thicker of course and I think it goes better with the truck. Now if it was a phantom grille then I would say the 4ml bars.

after looking at it again, how would you go about opening the hood? did the 71-72's not open from the outside?

I prefer the 4mm.
You need to run a handle down to the back of the bumper.
