Wanted in DFW area...

I need a pair of 15 inch 5 lug wheels. I want the type that takes a hubcap, not rally wheels. I only need 2.

Too heavy to ship, need local pickup.

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

I have one and may have two. My spare from my 71 longbed used this wheel. I'll have to check the spare on my shortbed. I also have three 73 & up ralleys. Used the fouth for my spare on the longbed I no longer own. Guess that wasn't a good idea.

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

I have a single wheel you can have. Needs to be blasted. I also have a set of 4 if your interested. I would need $125 for the set. That would let me break even on them. Bought them and had them blasted and they are primed and DP-90'ed on the back side. Was going to use them on the 67 SWB but they have just been sitting for the last year or so.

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

Can you measure the single for me?

I have three that look to be 7 or so inches wide, and a fourth that looks to be a 6 or a 5 inch wide. If that single would match the narrow one I have, that would work. If it matches the three wider ones I have, that would be good too.

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

Please put my name on it. I'll go home tomorrow and measure mine and see what width they are. I'll have an answer for you on whether it will work for me on Thursday when I get computer access again.

I might have a couple you can have. I'll look this evening and get back with you tomorrow. When did you move to Poolville?

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

Ratrod, I'll take that single. It looks like it will match my other 3.

Thanks to all of you other fellows for the offers.

Re: Wanted in DFW area...

Now I need to decide on wheel color and whether I want dog dish hub caps or no caps and chrome bullet lug nuts.

You don't see to much of the white chevy hubcaps anymore, but I liked the rallies you had on there to begin with.

Here's a sweet truck with the white bowtie hubcaps:

These are for my Suburban. It's going to be red oxide primer, lowered, steel wheels, thin whitewalls, with my shop logo on the door.
