my official 68 shortstep ls1 thread (lots of pics)
ok im gonna make this my thread with the build up from here on out...

lookin good man, I have a gen 3 5.3 in mine it is great.
where and what are the a-arms you have installed, they look great. what suspension settings are you going to set them up to? caster, camber and toe...

well it looks great, my mileage is around 16 or so with some town driving. I hoped to get better but should on a highway trip. It is hard not to press down on that go pedal.
I have a road trip planned this month and hope to get around 20 MPG, I will report back. Dave

What headers are you running?? Looks awsome. I have a old skool 383 TPI in my 67. I'd like to try something newer.

got a little more progress. had the drive shaft made.

nice! can you tell me a little more about your fuel line setup? i STILL haven't got mine done, but i have the [aluminum] line out in the garage. curious to hear about fittings, what you used for clamps, etc.
