Help! installing factory heater system.
Installing my heater and of course I did not take pics.
I have the following questions, with more to follow... 1) Does the blower fan install with the open end or closed end facing out? Pic please of fan on motor. 2) I have a short, a medium and a long cable, does anyone know the routing of the control cables? 3) The heater core has small and large tubes, which one goes on top? 4) The large 3/4" hose connects to where on L-6 engine? The small 5/8" hose connects to where on L-6 engine? Water pump or thermostat housing? Thanx in advance. Dano Pics are worth a thousand words.

Re: Help! installing factory heater system.
ttt for ya! Sorry not much help. In question # 1, are you talking about the squirrel cage on motor? If so, solid end goes toward motor.

Re: Help! installing factory heater system.
I feel stupid about asking the squirrel cage question. If you install the cage with the open end towards the blower motor it blocks off the air passage.
5) Does the inside and outside box just use sheetmetal screws for installation? (Aside from the two studs that use a moulding type nut.) Thanx Dano
