Re: one piece windows
Brothers (www.brotherstrucks.com) has one-piece power windows -- the full kit with motors and everything else you'll need for around $700. I've priced all the others out, it's very reasonable and I know the quality of Brothers' stuff because of others who have installed here and I am saving up to buy a set for my truck right now as we speak. Their customer service is on-par - if anything is wrong or you're not satisfied, they will literally call you on the phone and talk to you, take photos and send them to you, do whatever you need to make you understand things.

Re: one piece windows
PS - two notes...
if you have aftermarket non-original doors, beware of any 1pc kit, the fitment is supposedly a little off. also, here is a link to Brothers' power window 1pc kits: http://brothersonlinestore.com/products.asp?dept=452 They have one for trucks, burbs, etc and all in our year range. Installation instructions are given right there on the order/product description page. They're on sale right now - i think - you might need to call.

Re: one piece windows
Do you know what the issue is with aftermarket doors? do the factory windows have probs with the doors too?

NOTE When ever possible use your original doors, this kit has slight fitment problems on reproduction doors.

Re: one piece windows
that's a damn good question - and i have no idea. this is one of those cases where i'd probably call Brothers and ask them before buying the kit. it'd be interesting to see if anyone here at the forum knows though, so TTT for you

Re: one piece windows
72 doors would be easy enough to determine repops from original, because the originals have a very pronounced dimple for the screw where the wing window is secured to the door. All the 72 repops I have seen have a flatter impression in which you have to drill the hole.Doors prior to that are going to be hard to tell the difference.
