After the Paint Job

Thought i post some pictures of my truck with the new paint job, new chrome bumper and guards. Tell me what you think? I may be able to take it home now and show my wife. Only thing now I need to do is put the bed liner in and maybe change the interior to black or brown. Then we will see if she lets me keep it.

Re: After the Paint Job

I had thought this truck was originally for sale???? I think it was two colors at the time (bed and cab different?)

Anyway, the truck looks great! I really like the color. I tried to find a 99-02 Z71 in a similar color, but it was like trying to find hen's teeth.

Re: After the Paint Job

Awesome!!!! That is the same exact colors (roof included) as my 70 4x4! We have called her Goldie since 1972. After the 68 is done, Goldie is next in line for a paint job.

It looks fantastic! Nice job!

Drew, I'm glad you decided to keep the truck. Since we spoke about the sale of your truck without the motor. I have found a 2-wheel blazer and working on it.

Re: After the Paint Job

Is that a C20? Did you drop it in the front a bit? I have a C20 but wondered if putting different springs in the front would lower it enough.

Thanks. Truck69
