4 inch drop coils
I am going to use 4 inch coils in the rear would it be a good idea to use shock relocators and an adjustable trac bar?
Also do front and rear sway bars help alot?

Shock relocators, yes. Track bar, not necessary but would be a good idea if the budget allows.

i went with the ECE premium 2/4 drop kit with shock relocators and adjustable track bar and i am very glad i did. Dont get me wrong, it was a pain to unbolt the control arms from the axel and grinding out the rivets to get the old shock mount out but now it was all worth it. The adjustable bar was great aswell and it helped a whole bunch when i lined my rear end up. I say if your gonna do it, do it right the first time.

So to install the shock relocators I have to grind out the old shock mounts? I will have to unbolt my arms anyway be cause it has 4 inch blocks on it now that have to be removed.

sway bars front and rear on a truck make a big difference in handling, yes you will need to remove current upper shock mounts on frame to install shock relocator kit, with 4" drop in rear you may or may not need adjustable track arm bar to center rear exactly, only way to know for certain is to install springs with stock bar in place and check to see if rear end is centered exactly, on a 3" spring I've never needed one but with the 4" spring it seems about 50/50 on needing one so I always use the adjustable myself to make sure I'm exactly centered with the 4" rear drop spring.

I bought 2 sets of 4" rear coils from GMC Pauls and didn't use track bars, shorter shocks or relocators. Ride and stance are fine. My rear shifted 1/4" at the most to the passenger side. There are members who have reported no problems using 5" coils.

Those 4 inch blocks you have must be hanging way below the scrub line.
Here's a comparison of the upper shock mounts, both original and extended type. You can see evidence of where I had to grind to remove the old riveted on stock ones. Here they are installed:

I get it tx so just the upper mount has to be removed the lower ones stay same? And the adjustable trac bar bolt in same place as stock?
Yup those blocks are way down. Very solid blocks tho. It is on my list after electric fans

You replace the lower shock mounts also. They're easy since you need to take the blocks out anyways since they are held in by the U-bolts.

I see, I will also need new u-bolts correct? Will I need just regular stock ones? Are they cheap? There is nothing else I will need other than the new coils and shocks right?

Yes, you will need stock u-bolts to replace your long ones.
ECE is happy to sell them to you, or your local spring shop can make them quick and easy.
