250 headers on a 4x4?
alright, upgraded my intake and carb today....decided to install the headers I have had in the garage. My question is this, has anyone ever installed long tube headers on a 4x4? I seem to have an issue with getting around the transmission cross member, is there a tube cross member I can use for more clearance?
I thought I might be able to get a thicker transmission bushing and put some spacers in between the frame and the cross member? Any tips, solutions, pics, or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
