new cab mount brackets???
I replaced my cab mounts today, but found that my passenger rear bracket that is rivetted to the frame is cracked. The crack is through the area where the bushing sits on top, and shouldn't be a problem to run it that way for a while, but I like to fix things like that before there too hard to fix. All of the brackets had some rust scale that flaked off, but there is enough there for it to still be solid. But, I just thought it might be easier to replace the cracked bracket than to take it somewhere and get it welded. I don't trust my welding for structural things yet.
I was just wondering, since I hadn't seen any (new or used) for sale, whether these are available new?

Re: new cab mount brackets???
Just hauled some to the recyclers "americanrider" today. He recycles all my steel...LOL! I have another frame in the pasture that is getting cut up, but somebody closer to you must have some. I would just weld them...faster than grinding off the rivets and bolting on new ones. PM me if you get into a pinch.

I don't think they're available new. I repaired mine but if you don't think you're a good enough welder thats your business
