I'm pretty sure wheels are measured bead to bead. That would make them 7" rims, not 8". No offense, just pointing it out.

Yup, paint the centers to match the color of your truck and you have some nice wheels for dirt cheap

I have never seen truck rallies like that before. I've only seen them with the rectangle holes. What year did they make them?

I believe they are from late 80's to mid 90's 1500 full size, but im not positive.
