grinding into reverse
Well at first it was just every now and then an it didnt bother me, but nows its every time..
If I try to put my truck in reverse it just keeps grinding and wont let me put it in.. but If I shift down to first then back up to reverse it goes in fine... Its a 3 on the tree. other than that, the clutch is nice and it shifts just fine...any sugestions?

There is NO syrco in reverse. When you go to any forward gear it stops or slows the rest of the gears enough so it goes in smooth

In basic of basic descriptions... a syncro is an inti-grind piece in the tranny.
