Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
Thinking about putting airbags on my C20 Burb (coil springs) and was wondering if it's anymore difficult than putting them on a half ton burb.

Re: Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
Same deal as 1/2 ton. Early classic has a project burb that they did, you can find it on their website. They have drop spindles that use the 3/4 ton ball joints and tie rods, but allow 5-lug rotors. Curiously, my '72 1/2 ton burb had 3/4 ton ball joints (some trucks about midway through the year are equipped this way) and ECE's spindles were a perfect fit.

Re: Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
I wanted to keep the 8 lug spindles all around, will the drop spindles you described still accept the 8 lug rotors?

I'm not sure. Time to give them a call.

Re: Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
Looks like the spidles on their website are conversion spindles from 8 lug to 5 lug. Found some C20 drop spindles on ebay but they're for 73+ trucks, as I understand it I can use them if I change to 73 ball joints and tie rod ends.

Re: Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
wanted to bring this topic back up because I'm interested in bagging my 70 c20 but I'm unsure if I can get 8 lug drop spindles. looking for 3" if possible. Anyone know what my options are?

Re: Anybody bagged a C20 Burb?
Another member did a drop and still retained the 8 lug spindles, see the thread below.
