Gauge wiring question...

Ok, I feel kinda stupid on this one but on my 70 it has the new style alternator. Will the stock gauge work with that and if so are the wires for it in the harness (if so which ones) or do they go straight to the gauge? Thanks again,

Stock gauge should work if its wired correctly.

Anyone know which wires go to it, i dont have a wiring diagram. any help appreciated.
