seat belts
any of you guys know what size bolt mounts the seat belt to the floor in a 75 standard cab pickup. I took them out to put in shoulder harness but got lazy and am now going to just put the lap belts back in and I lost the bolts.
I think they would be 1/2" or 5/8" but am not sure. |

Re: seat belts
I'm not sure but I know they have to be a strong enough grade to withstand an accident. You might look at getting some from a aftermarket company or a junkyard on a truck that didn't wreck. If it had then the bolts could have a chance of being bad.

Re: seat belts
they havea weird sized head that does not follow conventional sizing. something tells me they are a weird thread size also like 7/16. try an old head bolt, they are 7/16. I can find out for sure tonight if you still need to know.crossy
